An Anthem App Success Story: More Member Engagement
With the latest release of the Sydney Health app, Anthem has introduced new features aimed at improving access to healthcare, deepening the link members have with health and wellness, and providing a variety of tools for personalized health management.
With all of that going for it, it’s no surprise that Sydney Health has won over more users every year since its recent release, more than doubling member engagement since 2019.
In the last year alone, there has been a roughly 30 percent increase in daily visits to the app, and Anthem members now complete one in every four digital interactions through the app — more than triple the prior year.
Anthem says that ultimately this increased engagement will allow it to meet members where they are, with what they need, when they need it, and with the right support to proactively manage their health.
